Returns We want you to love your LumiRoot device. If you're not satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus original shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in original packaging
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Damaged or Faulty Items If your LumiRoot device arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [SUPPORT EMAIL] with photos of the issue. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.

- Items showing signs of use beyond testing
